Terms of Use/Conditions

TradePhantom offers various subscription plans, including Phantom Retail and Phantom Pro, available on a monthly or annual renewal basis. We also provide custom subscription plans tailored to individual trading needs. All subscriptions are recurring with no long-term contract. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal

In special cases, we may accept wire transfers or other alternative payment methods upon request. Please contact support@tradephantom.com for further assistance.

Billing Process

When you subscribe to one of our recurring plans, you will be billed automatically every calendar month or annually from the date of your initial purchase. Your subscription will continue to renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your account dashboard and navigate to Manage Subscription & Billing.

Important Notes:

  • All Sales Are Final: TradePhantom does not issue refunds. However, we may offer store credit or exchanges under specific circumstances.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage and confirm the cancellation of your subscription. TradePhantom is not responsible for continued charges if a customer fails to cancel on time.

Subscription Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time by contacting support@tradephantom.com. Changes will take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Exchange Fees

TradePhantom covers exchange fees for non-professional users. If you qualify as a professional trader, additional exchange fees may apply. If you are unsure whether you fall into this category, please contact our support team for clarification.

Promo Code Discounts

Unless explicitly stated in the promotion, discount codes apply only to the first billing cycle (e.g., the first month or first year). After the initial period, the subscription will renew at the standard advertised rate.

Is There a Free Trial?

TradePhantom does not currently offer a free trial. However, we may introduce limited-time promotional access or discounted test periods in the future. Stay updated by subscribing to our Telegram or Discord channels.

Effective Date

This Terms & Conditions policy is effective as of February 28, 2025 and may be updated periodically.
