Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the TradePhantom website and services operated by TradePhantom LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
TradePhantom provides AI-powered market analysis and trading intelligence for futures markets, including:
- • Daily pre-session trading plans
- • Convergence-scored scenario analysis
- • Key level identification
- • GEX regime assessment
- • Educational content
All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Subscription Plans
TradePhantom offers various subscription plans, including Standard and Pro, available on a monthly or annual renewal basis. We also provide custom subscription plans tailored to individual trading needs. All subscriptions are recurring with no long-term contract. 3.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- • PayPal
In special cases, we may accept wire transfers or other alternative payment methods upon request. Please contact support@tradephantom.com for further assistance.
3.3 Billing Process
When you subscribe to one of our recurring plans, you will be billed automatically every calendar month or annually from the date of your initial purchase. Your subscription will continue to renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle.
3.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your account dashboard and navigate to Manage Subscription & Billing.
Important Notes:
- • All Sales Are Final: TradePhantom does not issue refunds. However, we may offer store credit or exchanges under specific circumstances.
- • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage and confirm the cancellation of your subscription. TradePhantom is not responsible for continued charges if a customer fails to cancel on time.

3.5 Subscription Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time by contacting support@tradephantom.com. Changes will take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
3.6 Promo Code Discounts
Unless explicitly stated in the promotion, discount codes apply only to the first billing cycle (e.g., the first month or first year). After the initial period, the subscription will renew at the standard advertised rate.
3.7 Free Trial
TradePhantom does not currently offer a free trial. However, we may introduce limited-time promotional access or discounted test periods in the future. Stay updated by subscribing to our Discord channel.
3.8 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate information when subscribing
- • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
- • Not share or redistribute our content
- • Use our services only for lawful purposes
- • Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, analysis, methodologies, and software, is the property of TradePhantom LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePhantom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradePhantom LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Trading Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You understand that past performance is not indicative of future results. You accept full responsibility for any trading decisions you make and agree that TradePhantom is not responsible for any trading losses you may incur.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Discord and Stripe. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
